Amy Bogue

Overview/Qualifications: Amy knows what it means to have vision. A Registered Nurse by trade, she had been working in the hospital and healthcare industry when her grandfather asked her to start a clinic. Amy is now the founder and president of a network of primary care clinics that provide access to medical care in rural Mississippi. She was recently awarded the first Distinguished Alumni Award from the Capstone College of Nursing at the University of Alabama. Amy is married and has three young children.

Turning point: As the only female executive in her family business, Amy felt lost and hoped to have a mentor who understood her experiences. A chance email delivered exactly that. She found out about BusinessAccelerator and joined right away. Paired with a female coach, Amy felt her experiences validated time and time again, and she was able to learn from Michael Hyatt during the pandemic so she could lead her employees and patients through the crisis.

Double Win: Amy’s results speak for themselves. Her team has grown from 3 employees to 60, and she was able to make profitable changes by leading them through the Freedom Compass and making switches in job duties. She was able to meet and learn from other women in leadership in BusinessAccelerator, and her desire to put her family first and be present for her husband and children has been validated over and over again.

Why Coaching/Ideal Client: Amy’s focus on empowerment, empathy, and encouragement is a powerful tool in coaching. She received so much benefit and wisdom from her coach that she felt called to help others in the same situation she was once in. For clients ready to find balance in their lives and invest in their community, Amy’s unique experience makes her an expert.
