What Does This Moment Require of Me as a Leader?

Every generation or so, a moment presents itself that demands something extraordinary from us as leaders. These occasions are more than a problem to solve. They are tests of our leadership in a broader sense, in our families, in our communities, and in the world.

The tragic race-related events now taking place now in our country present just such a challenge. Our response will define far more than the future of our businesses or organizations. It will define our character as leaders and the future of our communities and our country.

So for this episode, we have suspended our usual format to open a discussion about race. Honestly, we have far more questions than answers. We come to the table as learners.

We invite you to join us as we ask the question, “What does this moment require of me as a leader?”
