Overview/Qualifications: Tanya carries on her family’s legacy in her work as the third-generation owner and president of their manufacturing business with 32 employees. When making precision, machined components for medical devices, aerospace, and weapons firing, failure isn’t an option. Tanya understands what it means to operate under pressure and provide high-quality products consistently. She is the mother of two college-aged children and is passionate about promoting rewarding careers in manufacturing to the next generation.
Turning point: Tanya’s turning point came during a time of crisis in her business. After experiencing significant financial losses and gains, she could not sleep, was just showing up at work, and knew that she needed help. Tanya found Michael Hyatt’s podcast and went to Your Best Year Ever Live. She felt like he was speaking to her and knew that she was ready to join BusinessAccelerator.
