Overview/Qualifications: Jonathan loves a challenge. He has spent the past 20 years in business leadership, developing strategy, curating winning cultures, managing effective teams, and executing high-growth plans successfully. After launching and leading an Inc. 500 company in the staffing and recruiting space that grew 233% over three years, Jonathan started a new venture with his own coaching business. He and his wife have been married for 21 years and have six children.
Turning point: After COVID cost him his clients and his role in the company he started, Jonathan mourned the loss of his business. He had seen this business as his child and grieved losing it, his colleagues, and friends. This struggle helped Jonathan gain grit and ultimately start a new business altogether. Using what he learned from The Focused Leader conference and the Full Focus Planner, Jonathan now coaches others who are experiencing crises.
Double Win: Jonathan knew that he wanted to help others and still be present for his family. His Double Win meant that he could still show up for his six children, pursue his passion for music and the arts, and do meaningful work. His business allows him this freedom to do what sets his heart on fire while helping others.
